Tennis League 4

Tennis League 4 or TL4 was a Youtube Poop Tennis Tournament, the fourth tennis tournament of the league format, and the fourteenth tournament overall. It was hosted jointly by dew, GameBop, TheChutley, trepmaws and theFXexpert, beginning on December 19th, 2014 and ended on November 13, 2015, with Peskeh as it's eventual winner, marking the second time in a row after LaVieCestLol that a relatively new player had won. Like the Tennis Cup 4 and the Doubles Cup 2 before it, it was a deliberate reprisal/continuation of an older tournament, with this in particular looking back to the oldest form of competitive tennis to have historically occurred on the YouChew forums. This made it the longest gap of time to occur between two of the same format of competition at a length of roughly 6 years, with the previous league occurring in 2008. The tournament is known today for its very playful and fun loving atmosphere, and for the very silly, experimental and unserious nature of many of the matches played, most notably by dew, TheChutley, GameBop, fiv95, CorruptionSound, Nineroe, valkiriforce and others.

It was the first tennis competition to feature Nineroe, Razerek, JammeKamme, ravinrabbid123, Peskeh, NataliaHTTPS, PCB, theadventuretimefan, ThirtyTwelve, Soucisse Verte, laromande, Brick, and TehShadzify, the last tennis competition to feature imoutofideas1, ZACHTOMCAT and rapskallionxyz/mYZterbattyX, and the only tennis competition to feature theregularmaster, TugCoat, poppop17, OldFashionedLizard, InLivingTuna, ThemOldaBoys, Alfonzopancakes, NationOfOranges696, INTERGALACTICDEATHRAPE, thewoof, and Luiginati512. It also included the participation of HardcoreMormonFuckingMachine, a prank account run in secret by TheChutley and MycroProcessor during the course of the league and playing 4 complete matches. None of the participants of the Tennis League 3 returned, as virtually everyone who participated in it had long since retired. However, GameBop participated as the only remaining player to have been a part of the Tennis League 2.
