It was the fourth (and most recent) competition under the Doubles Tennis variant, and the nineteenth tennis competition overall. After the unique layout of the Doubles Cup 3, the Doubles Cup 4 marked a return to the classic tournament style matches of the Doubles Cup 1 and the Doubles Cup 2. The winners of this tournament were the duo of system128 and Zekii, making system128 the third player to win two tournaments, and the second to win them consecutively.

This iteration of doubles cup followed a format closer to DC1 and DC2 - there would be four 'solo' rounds for each player in a set, then two collab rounds at the end.

Like DC2, it also has seven matches total. All rounds are accounted for and archived.
