TheChutley + GameBop vs. Tetrareux + Ubriel was a Youtube Poop/Video tennis Doubles match played as a part of the Doubles Cup 3, taking place between December 16, 2017 and March 7, 2018. It was played as a part of the Set 3 lineup of matches for this event, in which TheChutley and GameBop had automatically advanced when mapo and AntiCheese dropped out without delivering a serve and Tetrareux and Ubriel had defeated TheFXexpert and DTN7758 in the previous set. Ubriel played under the name "ToggeBosso" during the tournament and bore this name during this match, which was the third and final collaboration between him and Tetrareux; as with their other matches all rounds were uploaded to the collaborative account "Togereux". This was the second of three collaborations between TheChutley and GameBop, and the only full match they participated in together as a duo.
Sources added in this match are dense, varied and seemingly relentless, ranging from stock images, gifs, glitched VHS television broadcasts, obscure cartoons, original art drawn by the latter pair of players, recordings of TheChutley's own voice, and well known media such as Hotel Mario(CD-i, 1994), Link: The Faces of Evil(CD-i, 1993), I.M. Meen(PC, 1995), Monty Python's Flying Circus, Nichijou, Kill la Kill, The Room(2003), Star Wars Episode II - Attack of the Clones(2002), the Sally Cruikshank short Face Like a Frog(1987), Kukori Es Kotkoda, Garfield and Friends, Titus the Fox: To Marrakech and Back(Amiga, 1992), Rugrats, Luigi's Mansion(GCN, 2001), Kirby's Adventure(NES, 1992), The Simpsons, YouTuber Filthy Frank, the music videos for Thomas Dolby's "She Blinded Me With Silence"(1982) and David Bowie's "Life on Mars"(1971), and images of various Pokemon, characters from the Animal Crossing franchise, Sonic Adventure, Sailor Moon, public figures Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, the Caravan Palace song "Comics"(2015), the Arcade Fire song "Creature Comfort"(2017), and the John Lennon song "Imagine"(1971). Every round's title is mostly in either French or Italian.
A match-up that saw the old and new schools of complex editing in tennis meeting face to face, the match has since gone on to be essentially considered the signature and defining match of the Doubles Cup 3, with particular praise going to the show-stopping visual and humorous tour-de-force second rotation from both sides. Round 3 of this match, "Liwi Morvi Docuo Morteté, Eh Luigi?"(2018), is the most popular round of the match with almost 12,000 views, was praised upon release by the likes of Razerek and AshcrementVII, and is the second most viewed tennis round on GameBop's channel. GameBop described their above-average complex sections of the round as "Really pushing the limits of this PC I've got" to make due to the high quality in which they were rendered. The unlikely combination of GameBop and TheChutley in the peak of her "Cool Mode" style reached an arguable apex in this match, with the many more visually impressive moments regularly counterbalanced by a more absurdist, freeform approach that seemed simpler and more "uneven" in appearance and nonetheless acted as an amusing foil that expanded the variety of the pair's response execution. One moment from this round in which TheChutley records a voice clip saying in an exaggerated voice, "UWUUUOOOH.....I'M SOOOOO THIRSTY!", has continued to find comedic resonance with subsequent generations of the community, and was repeatedly referenced in fiv95 vs. TheChutley/CRJ1 vs. CheeChee(2025) from Set 2 of the 3-Way Tennis Tournament 2. Another notable sample comes from nonojuju using it in a serve against VidTens443 (2020) which later had its thumbnail become their YellowTealPurple profile picture. [1]
Not to be discounted however is Round 4 of this match, "Ci! sono molte spie"(2018; "There are many spies!" in English) by Tetrareux and Ubriel, described by Zekii as "INTENSE AS FUCK"[2] due to its highly impressive-for-its-time degree of motion graphics animation that is seen by some as underrated and not only matching, but in places managing to even exceed the complexity and the creative execution of their opponents. TheChutley responded to its posting simply with "Wow". Ultimately, it would become Tetrareux and Ubriel going out with a bang in this match, with them losing to TheChutley and GameBop with a close 1.50 point average difference in score. The latter team would subsequently face Razerek and CheeChee, the eventual winners of the tournament, but be forced to drop out after only 3 rounds.
Round 1 was suddenly and unexpectedly removed by YouTube by violating its Terms of Service due to its French title translating to "Donald is dead at an this hour because his head fell from his neck", likely machine-interpreted to be a death threat to the then-current United States president. It was reuploaded in 2022 as "This Video Doesn't Violate Your Damn ToS YouTube GTFO" in its original rendered form to keep the match in its individual rounds preserved online. It was first compiled into a single video on the YouWouldBeWelcome account in November 2025.
