It was fourth and final tournament that was principally organized by Gallers but became largely hosted by Terrorist, starting on August 2, 2008 and becoming officially failed by October 19 of that year. It was intended to be closer in style to that of the Tennis Cup in its voting style with the only major difference being the matches sticking to just 4 rounds; the amount of participants as a result of this were twice the amount of the second league, dividing everyone by four groups. It is notable for being one of the few tournaments to fail outright due to the eventual lack of replacements for players that dropped out.
