Olive Video Editor, also known as Olive is a FOSS video editor program for Windows, Mac and Linux. It has been in the works predominantly by a single person since 2018.
It is one of the more sophisticated editors for Linux, potentially becoming the new standard over programs like kdenlive. It is still in early development, however. It is currently being re-built using the Godot engine. [citation needed]
