ARGs, or Alternate Reality Games are interactive stories that take place in an "alternate reality". Many of these games can take the form of a YouTube series, but often expand upon that; websites, forum posts, even real-world locations can be involved. As this is a medium that works with almost anything, certain Tennis projects have tried doing so as well.

gophrmann
One of the first and most notable, gophrmann was a project by mrdoognoog from 2020 to 2022. Initially starting as an anonymous alternate channel for new ideas, gophrmann quickly expanded to be much darker in theme with interconnected videos, discord accounts, and channels across YouTube. The mastermind was only revealed at the very end, when the ARG was finally "over".
