This was among the handful of matches that received reference in RabbitSnore's early tennis document ''The Observational Guide to [YTP] Tennis'', which also named the matches [[conradslater vs. Misselaineous10]], [[BMATF vs. UncleChuckTH vs. Wikiwow]], [[Wikiwow vs. UncleChuckTH]], [[Thereisnospoon303 vs. RabbitSnore]], and [[MilkR0und vs. Y2Zero]]<ref>https://archive.yellowtealpurple.net/youchew/forum/56-archive/75585-an-observational-guide-to-poop-tennis/1.html</ref>, and was listed among the "Top 5 Good Tennis games to learn from" in the supplemental ''The Recreational Guide to [YTP] Tennis''<ref>https://archive.yellowtealpurple.net/youchew/forum/56-archive/75999-a-recreational-guide-to-poop-tennis/1.html</ref>. Oddly, the original match thread for Stegblob vs. TyrannosaurusReich did not seem to survive [[YouChew]]'s forum transitions, as it never resurfaced when the Vanilla-era posts were re-integrated into the Invision-era website, leaving surviving evidence of the match when it took place only on The Wayback Machine through an intricate archive of the Vanilla forums made in late October 2007. {{Crash2991}} included the match as one of 25 match thread included from the then-inaccessible Vanilla forums in the old Tennis: Archives section on April 7, 2008. Stegblob's rounds continue to survive, albiet unlisted, in their original uploads. TyrannosaurusReich's side of the match was previously lost due to his account being  terminated sometime in the mid-2010s, but was later fully recovered through the efforts of [[The Great Restoration]]. It was first compiled into a single video on the [[YouWouldBeWelcome]] account in March 2026.
