gmic-plugin

There is a wrapper that allows you to use it with modern video editors (one for the Adobe ecosystem, and another which is OFX - compatible with Vegas and more).

This form of G'MIC was popular in the early 2020's, however quickly fell out of favor due to instability and long render times. The plugin has not been updated in years, so it is not likely to work well with modern editors.
