AIDS is a historical term used in YTP to refer to the over-usage of many common sources during the early days of the art. It has fallen out of favor in modern times as people cared less about forcing people away from specific sources, which was common in the early era.
Aidsless Aids
Aidsless Aids was the idea of "removing the AIDS from AIDS"... by pumping it full of crazy effects! This idea became popular in the Tennis scene as many tennis players already naturally did that.
The idea was simple:
- Make a video that soley uses "overused" sources (CDI Games, Mario Super Show, etc.)
- Set the volume to be very abrasive (i.e. Earrape)
- Make the effects also very abrasive (using tons of filters and the like)
