The Tennis Season was a Youtube Poop Tennis Competition hosted primarily by RabbitSnore, that ran from June to November of 2009, concurrently with the [[Windows Movie Master]] and later with the beginning of the [[Grey Tennis Tournament]]. It is the seventh tennis tournament overall. An entirely new and unique calibur of competitive play, the layout was to treat a tournament like something akin to American football - there were "gameweeks" where matches of certain distinct types would be played. Players competed on "teams" and each had "powers" they could use during matches to give them an advantage (or their opponent a disadvantage) with the players of each team all working together to collectively gain match win points. The eventual winners of this event would be a team made up of Emperor Ing, Cristoph, quax94, RideTheCatfish and MrDrunkenFox, almost all of whom used WMM, and as such went by the team name of The Windows Movie Maker Miscreants. The host account used for this tournament went under the name of Keanu Reeves.

This would be the first tennis competition to feature the participation of ChrisGendo, JakeSteel, AmiralMachin, eletricalmonkss, wwefan3333, piodx, Metroid998, Combuskenisawesome, lordbababa, mYZterbattyX and Rillion, and the final tennis competition to ~~see the participation of~~ RabbitSnore, Crash2991, strong414bad, Aesaun, zacheatscrackers, JazzDanceForChildren, TheRoboticRobot, TheSfarioBros, Erarg and Emperor Ing. It was additionally the only tennis competition to ~~see the participation from~~ CommanderSky, GasmaskAvenger, Malkmusian, ampithecat, InsinerateHymn, architect1, MorfGworfmim, TyrannosaurusReich, Blueseraph, ButtonsTheDragon, SesakaGenX, Bya~~, Markie~~, PolyCement, NEVERGONNAGETIT92000, MVJ52197, TheAirPump, olfi500, Arkunos, shroomhead1, RideTheCatfish, MrDrunkenFox and smog133.
