It holds the distinction of being the first in a block of three matches to recieve a review from RabbitSnore in his inaugural issue of the "Tennis Weekly Review" on the early YouChew forums, alongside GameCubeHero vs. Intenseowl(2007) and [[Furnessly vs. MrDrunkenFox]](2007). Unlike his reviews for the other two matches however, his review for this match was considerably critical due to things progressing little across rounds, including a prevailing contemporary bias against the use of CD-i sources in this era due to their perceived overexposure, and was most unfavorable towards InsinerateHymn's apparently very minimal and non-distinct approach.
