ChrisGendo and {{TheChutley}} would be jointly added to the staff on December 7, 2010, and from this point onward ChrisGendo would effectively take up RAKninja's de-facto leadership role as part of this newly created third generation of staff members, becoming its most active and vocal member for a period of about 2 years.
