Datamosh Studio is a discontinued program by Augustus Pash that can easily datamosh files.
Almost all traces of it have been removed from the internet, however download links still exist.

Datamosh Studio is compatible with most types of video files (MOV, MP4, WMV, etc.)
- Create a project
- Drag the footage in
- Add segments one by one, based on the frame count. If you want to mosh, click the "delete frames" button.
- Copy and past short parts for the "stuttering" mosh effect.
- Save and rander.
Important: Datamosh studio tends to mess with audio (it'll desync and be too slow). To fix this, re-create what the audio should be in your editor of choice. It isn't like you're actually messing with the audio, so this ain't too bad!
