The Fourth Poop Chain or the Pizza Chain was a Youtube Poop Tennis Chain started by TheNeopreneJunebug in 2011. Due to the source chosen to start the chain, every subsequent round became unintentionally themed around pizza in some way, to the extent that it was eventually considered a defacto rule for round responses. It originally lasted 19 rounds from March 22, 2011 to July 21, 2014.

TheNeopreneJuneBug, ChrisGendo, RobochaoXX returned from the Chain 3 to participate, and UncleChuckTH also returned from the original chain to make Round 3. GameBop and Luioigi remained the only two players to have been a part of every previous official chain, though this would be Luioigi's final appearance in such a tennis event. There were two "eras" of this chain - the official one, and a second "revival" starting in 2022. This revival can be split into two parts; one that takes place entirely in 2022 that consists of rounds 19 through 23; the original round 23 by Luigikart12 was lost after it was deleted shortly after upload (along with the rest of Luigikart12's channel) which once again stalled activity. After two years of inactivity this revival was continued by Letycjusz S. in 2025, remaining active into the present day. dani_phantump's Round 25, their third contribution to the chain in a span of 15 years, made the move to "end" the pizza theming of the chain in order for it to progress more freely.

Luigikart12's original round 23 only lasted a few minutes until being deleted along with his YouTube and Google account, therefore making it impossible to save. JaJack replaced Luigikart12 and was expected to make the next round, but it remained dormant until Letycjusz S. revived the chain in 2025, 3 years after the previous round was made.
