This article is about a notable Tennis Match.
This match was played during the following years: 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2022

The Growing Tennis Chain of 2010 or the Growing Poop Tennis CHALLENGE was a tennis chain hosted by Pikalax1 starting on August 25, 2010 where the number of seconds of each round was the same as its round number. In a way, this makes it inherently a rudimentary chain version of Additive Time Tennis.

The match continued slow but steady for 27 rounds until around April of 2013, when then-staff AshcrementVII locked the original thread. ^[1] Two further "unofficial" rounds were created; one by Gabrielpika in 2014 and another by aw8qn in 2022. aw8qn's round 29 is where the match stands today, well short of the 15 minute goal originally proposed. There is a noticeably high ratio of tennis staff to non-staff for this chain; out of the 23 participants 10 of which (43%) were staff (or as high as 48% if TheFXexpert did not drop out).

The rules of the match according to Pikalax1 were as follows:

"Each round can be no more than one second (30 frames) longer than the previous round.
The amount of the previous round that gets rendered into the next round should be at least 75% (3/4).
At least one new visual or audio source must be added in each round.
This match will end when we reach 15 minutes, or when we feel like cutting it off.
There is no limit to the number of people who can participate, but there are to be no lateral branches.
Each new round must be listed as a response to the previous video.
The video must also be posted in the thread on YouChew (link above)."^[2]

The match's order was relatively stable up until round 23 was released by Pikalax1 in July of 2011^[3]. The initial player list afterward was listed as:

However following many player retirements as well as computer troubles from CaptainStringCheese^[4], this order changed dramatically with only vel 17 actually making their round, now moved to round 25.
