YTP Soccer

YTP Soccer is, nominially, a fusion between Tennis and YTPMV. It is sometimes also known as YTPMV Tennis.

Despite the definition, Soccer is rarely actually played like a tennis; most Soccer matches tend to be more aligned with a Poop Duel of YTPMV only; the idea of reviving its intended definition has become known as Trueform Soccer; however, one has yet to go to completion, with the closest being a 3-way between dani_phantump, Nineroe and Razerek.

Layout

Generally, the layout of a soccer match follows both Tennis and YTPMV closely:

• A serve is a standard YTPMV.
• The following round will be another YTPMV, however it will prioritize sampling the previous round rather than adding new sources. In other words, the samples are the previous round.
• This continues until the end of the match.

This is how a "Trueform Soccer" match would play out, however they tend to be more in line with duels, which would look like this:

• A serve is a standard YTPMV.
• A volley is a completely new YTPMV, using the sources that the previous round used as well as (optionally) some new ones.
• This continues until the end of the match.
